GLASSESSENTIAL® Pocket Requirement for Sliding Grille is built by a general contractor with the help of plywood and dry wall to store and hide the grille when in a collapsing position.
- Pocket width is generally 10” to accommodate any sliding grille.
- Pocket depth measurement varies by the total grille width. It is calculated at 1.15” per linear feet plus 3” per post.
When pocket is at standard 14” radius of grille at 90o, the pocket opening (B) size will be as shown in the image above.
