GLASSESSENTIAL® Pocket Requirement for Sliding Grille is built by a general contractor with the help of plywood and dry wall to store and hide the grille when in a collapsing position.
- Pocket width is generally 10” to accommodate any sliding grille.
- Pocket depth measurement varies by the total grille width. It is calculated at 1.15” per linear feet plus 3” per post.
- When pocket is at standard 14” radius of grille at 90o, the pocket opening (B) size will be as shown in the image above.
